Ekadashi Vrat Udyapan

Ekadashi Vrat Udyapan is the concluding ceremony of the Ekadashi fast, which is observed on the 11th day of both the waxing (Shukla Paksha) and waning (Krishna Paksha) moons in the Hindu lunar calendar. Ekadashi is considered an auspicious day dedicated to Lord Vishnu, and observing the fast is believed to bring spiritual benefits and remove sins.

Udyapan is the completion or end of the vrat (fast). After observing the Ekadashi fast, the Udyapan ceremony marks the conclusion of the vrat with specific rituals and offerings.
